November Schedule Updated

The REVISED November calendar of classes is posted and I would like to point out the changes that have been made.

November 6 and 7 $5.00 Make N Takes: Because Thanksgiving is right around the corner and there are many people in need in this community, those participants who bring a nonperishable food item (which will be donated to the St. Madeleine's Food Bank) to the Make N Takes will receive a THIRD card packet...whoop whoop!

November 8 Intro to Prisma Pencil class: has been changed to Intro to Alcohol Inks...a much more exciting thing to do on a Sunday afternoon.

November 21: Another Beanpot Basket class has been added to the calendar since this class is in big demand - way to go Katie and Joe!

November 28: In addition to the already scheduled Make N Takes and such that will be going on during the celebration of SEVEN years of "Doing the Coo", CYNTHIA SHIVER will be conducting a book reading/signing of her newly published book, Celebrations of the Heart. Cynthia will read a few short stories from her book at both 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Please call or email to reserve a spot at this heart-warming event. Refreshments will be served throughout the day and evening, catered by none other than SweetBerries of Gainesville. Now, what a sweet celebration this is going to be! There is no charge for attending any of the day's activities, but you may want to bring cash or your checkbook if you intend to buy copies of Cynthia's book. There will also be special sales in the shop throughout the day - whoop whoop, I can't wait!!

Enjoy these beautiful days and spending time with your friends and loved ones. Remember that Relay for Life is now in full swing and there will be numerous chance drawings being conducted to help The Coo remain in the #1 fundraising spot...did you read that members of the Woman's Club team????????????? The Coo is also accepting donated items to be sold at our upcoming yard sale in the Hitchcocks parking lot on Saturday, November 21, from 8:00am - noon. ALL proceeds go to the 2016 Alachua/High Springs Relay for Life event! Boy, do I LOVE my life!

Hugs to you all and remember to make time for your creative side.

Hope to see you soon!
